As Seagulls Fly is a running dialogue narrative poem with a couple quotes taken from real life in reference to the fact that almost any kind of happiness is effort through psychology -- somewhere, somehow. No big deal, but really, everything takes effort. It could be a struggle, or lots of change, or plain hard work or help with friends, either way, whatever it is, it takes work.
